Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Arizona Detention Association to assist the Sheriffs of Arizona by
providing a platform to:

"Join together all counties concerned with or responsible for the
custody and care of persons awaiting trial, serving sentences or
otherwise being locally confined to improve the conditions and
systems under which such persons are detained".

We as Jail Administrators are responsible for the management and operation of the various
county detention facilities throughout the fifteen (15) Arizona Counties. Representatives from
each Arizona County meet quarterly to discuss contemporary issues in regards to our Arizona
facilities, training opportunities, and enhancing staff professionalism.

INMATE INFORMATION
The Arizona Detention Association does not have information on inmates housed in Arizona County Jails. Please
contact the individual County Sheriff's Offices for information on a particular person you believe to be incarcerated.
For State Prison inmates, contact the Arizona Department of Corrections.
